Entry Fee: $5 per athlete (due upon arrival at meet)

Entry Process: Please email name, event, and seed time to eric@3riversrunning.com with the subject “TRRC Distance Gala”. Entries are open to the following athletes: middle school, high school, collegiate, post-collegiate, and open.

Entry Deadline: Monday, July 14 by 5:00pm

Seeding: We want to give everyone the opportunity to compete. However, we also want to host a very competitive meet. We will hold A and B sections with specific cutoff times for those sections. We will also hold an open 5000m for individuals that do not meet the cutoff times. Cutoff times are listed next to the event below.

Timing: FAT timing provided by New Haven.

Awards: Awards will be provided by TRRC and Adidas.

Order of Events (cutoff time):

Women’s 4x1600 Relay (under 24:00)

Men’s 4x1600 Relay (under 22:00)

Open 5000m (under 28:00)

Women’s 3000m (under 12:00)

Men’s 3000m (under 10:30)

Women’s 5000m (under 20:00)

Men’s 5000m (under 18:00)

Women’s 10,000m (under 42:00)

Men’s 10,000m (under 38:00)

* meet will conclude around 11:15pm

Heat Sheets: Heat sheets will be posted on www.3riversrunning.com once entries have been finalized (hopefully by Thursday July 17).

Weather: In case of inclement weather, the meet will be postponed until Sunday, July 20.
