Fort-4-fitness sessions (starting June 24th/26th)

The purpose of this 14-week program is to prepare any level of runner for the Fort-4-Fitness Half-Marathon on September 27th. Each session lasts 30 minutes and the same topic is covered twice a week (Tuesday @ 10am and Thursday @ 6:30pm). Also, a 14-week training schedule will be given to each person attending the program and will provide guidelines in conjunction with each topic. Sessions will be led by TRRC staff and local health and fitness experts. The various topics are listed below...
