Fort-4-fitness sessions (starting June 24th/26th)
The purpose of this 14-week program is to prepare any level of runner for the Fort-4-Fitness Half-Marathon on September 27th. Each session lasts 30 minutes and the same topic is covered twice a week (Tuesday @ 10am and Thursday @ 6:30pm). Also, a 14-week training schedule will be given to each person attending the program and will provide guidelines in conjunction with each topic.
