I Am 3RRC

I started shopping at 3RRC 19 years ago after suffering from an injury from running in the wrong shoes. I found out that 3RRC offers free gait analysis and would find the proper running shoe for me. I have been a customer ever since!
The 3RRC staff are fellow runners who are friendly and knowledgeable about the products they sell.
I am not just a runner but also health care provider. I spend many hours on my feet and know that proper footwear is a must. Whether you are a serious runner, a new runner or someone on your feet all day, 3RRC will make sure you are in the proper shoe for you!
And if those aren’t enough reasons, 3RRC is locally owned and operated. I am proud to support a local business.

I began shopping at 3RRC almost 20 years ago. I was running a lot and getting injured and my podiatrist recommended them. He was right! They helped me find the right shoes and gear. I have stayed with them ever since.
Since I retired, I am doing more walking than running and they have continued to help me find the right shoes, gear, and apparel. They are locally owned and support many events and people in our own community. I cannot recommend them highly enough!

I have been shopping at 3RRC for almost 20 years! I have not had a true running injury for 20 years, which I attribute to the staff helping me find the right footwear at the right time. I wear running shoes for running, working in the operating room or on call, and in the clinic.
My favorite places to run in Ft Wayne: Franke Park trails, and the Greenway from Foster Park to Promenade Park.
In 2022, I am most excited about getting back together with friends and family! Focusing my training this year on strength and endurance for better mental and physical health.

3RRC really helped me understand the type and fit of shoes that I needed for a comfortable walk. I try to walk every day so having a good fit is essential.
2021 was tough for me health-wise. I am really looking forward to getting back out and getting back into shape! Walking outdoors is a big part of my fitness plan.
I love nature hiking. So when I can't get out into the woods, I like to walk the Fort Wayne Trails! I live close enough to the Pufferbelly that I can walk on it from my house.

I am a really big shoe nut and I am in 3RRC all the time buying the latest and greatest. My current favorite is the Hoka Mach 4. Just ran a 20k (Nutri-Run) and a half marathon in Kentucky. I love coming in and talking training and strategy with everyone.
I am so excited for this year as I am running one of my "bucket list" races in Oregon this fall. I will be doing the Columbia River Gorge Half Marathon on October 16 in Hood, Oregon!
My favorite trails to run in Fort Wayne are the Pufferbelly and the Towpath. My running shoes have taken me all over the country including California, Florida, Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, and South Dakota.
