Brad graduated from North Side High School, received his Bachelors degree from IPFW, and Masters from IUPUI.
He started running cross country in 7th grade, and hasn't stopped since. He loves helping and advising other runners and has a passion for coaching runners of all ages.

Lynn graduated from Snider High School in 2007 and the University of Saint Francis in 2011 with a degree in Communication. While in college, she competed for the USF XC and T&F teams.
She coached high school cross country and track for 8 years before having her daughter. She is the Program Director of our Appleseeds Youth Running Program and the Club Director of our Elite Team and Community Team.

Andy is a 2010 graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School where he was coached by former 3RRC GM Eric Ade. He then attended Indiana State University where he ran XC and T&F and received his Bachelor's in Business Administration. Now a recreational runner, Andy is a sports fanatic who can't get enough of ESPN.

Caren is a 2015 graduate of DeKalb High School. She then attended the University of Saint Francis where she majored in Environmental Science and minored in 2D Studio Art. Caren also competed for the Cougar XC and T&F teams and held school records Indoors in the 1,000m run, Mile run, and 4x800 relay as well as outdoors in the 1,500m run and 4x800 relay.
Caren likes to sketch and go hiking in her spare time.

Hidi graduated from IPFW with a BA in English and an AA in General Studies. Prior to her time at IPFW, she competed for Hillsdale Colleges Cross Country and Track & Field teams.
After establishing her family, Hidi returned to competitive distance running, joining 3RRCs Elite Team in 2021. At the recent World Age Group Championships held at the 2023 Chicago Marathon, she placed third overall in the Women's 40-44 division. As a masters runner, she has plenty more big, scary ambitions for the near future!
When Hidi isn't running, word puzzles are her jam.

Aubrey is a 2013 grad of Snider High School where she played volleyball. She then attended IPFW, majoring in Elementary Education.
Aubrey is a full-time first grade teacher, a Girls on the Run Coach, and a member of the Anthony Wayne Runners. She has completed 2 marathons and a 50k (so far).
I have a goal to visit all of the National Parks. Also a plant mom and a dog mom in her spare time!

Austin graduated from Columbia City High School and is currently a senior at Purdue University Fort Wayne. He is majoring in Industrial Systems Technology and competes for the Mastodons cross country and track teams.
Austin recently competed at the Under 20 US Championships in the 10k where he placed 2nd.

Henry is a 2024 graduate of Bishop Luers High School where he ran for the Knights XC and T&F teams. He is currently majoring in Environmental Science with minors in History and Animal Behavior at Indiana University.
Henry started running in 4th grade and ran the Fort4Fitness half marathon at age 12. He has aspirations to run another half and a full marathon. He also wants to coach after college. He loves 90s sitcoms and is an avid reader.

Lindy graduated from Jay County Junior/Senior High School in 2022 where she ran cross country and track all 4 years. She currently attends the University of Saint Francis where she is majoring in Exercise Science and minoring in Nutrition.
Lindy is also a member of the Cougars cross county and track teams. She considers herself an avid connoisseur of all different types of caffeine. She enjoys reading and spending time with her friends in her free time.

Kiara graduated from Wayne Trace High School in Ohio in 2023. She currently runs XC and T&F at the University of Saint Francis where she is majoring in Nursing and minoring in Psychology and Health.
Kiara is the school record holder at USF in the indoor & outdoor 800m run, Distance Medley Relay, and 4x800m relay. She's always wanted to have a hairless cat for a pet.

Sammy graduated from Otsego High School in Michigan in 2017. He graduated from Purdue Fort Wayne in 2021 where he majored in Business Finance. At PFW, Sammy competed for the Mastodon XC and T&F teams.
He has been running since the 6th grade and originally ran to stay in shape for soccer. Heading into high school, he decided to run cross country instead and hasn't regretted that decision for one second. He has run every day since June 15th of 2013.

Ethan graduated from Kankakee Valley High School in 2024. Currently, he attends PFW and is majoring in Biochemistry Bachelor's of Science with a minor in Psychology. He started running in 6th grade to stay in shape for basketball and ended up falling in love with it. Ethan just ran his first marathon and is already itching for more. In high school, he was an IHSAA State Quailifer in Track as well as a Sectional Champion in the 1600. In his free time, he likes to play disc golf and lift.

Rileigh graduated from St. Henry High School in Ohio in 2024. She now runs XC and T&F at the University of Saint Francis where she majors in Kinesiology. She set school records in the 4x200 relay, 800m, and 1600 while in high school and placed 5th at State in the 800.
She has played 5 sports competitively in high school but keeps coming back to running. She loves sight seeing and people watching.

Faith is a 2024 graduate of Daleville High School. Currently, she attends PFW where she is majoring in Elementary Education with a minor in Psychology. She also runs for the 'Dons XC and T&F teams.
One of her favorite things to do is try new local coffee shops in different places. She also loves to bake, specifically banana bread made with leftover bananas at the end of the week.

Luke graduated from East Stroudsburg University with a B.A. in Secondary Education in 2022 and an M.A. in History in 2025.
Luke began running in 7th grade and competed on the East Stroudsburg University Cross Country/Track and Field Teams. He volunteer coached at East Stroudsburg University 2023-24 and Otterbein University 2024-25. He is currently an Assistant Cross Country/Track and Field Coach at Purdue Fort Wayne.

Coby is a graduate of Grassfield High School in Chesapeake, Virginia and Indiana Tech in Fort Wayne. While at Indiana Tech, Coby majored in Recreational Therapy and ran for the Warriors Track & Field team. He is a 12x All-American and holds the school record in the 60 Meter Hurdles. Currently, he is the Sprints/Hurdles Coach at Huntington University. Outside of track, Coby loves college football.

Gabbie is a graduate of Paulding High School and has a BFA in Art Education from Bowling Green State University. While at Paulding, she was part of the school records in the 4x100, 4x200, and 4x400 relays. Since then, she has run a half and a full marathon. Currently, she coaches XC and T&F at Woodlan Jr./Sr. High School. She loves to draw animal portraits in her spare time.

Jerry graduated from Woodlan Jr/Sr High School in 2026. He will be attending Grace College to study medical imaging as well as compete for the Lancers' XC and T&F teams.
Jerry began running to stay conditioned for soccer. Here are some fun facts about him:
He won his local turkey trot.
He's broken his collar bone four times (probably from the soccer).
He knows over 100 digits of pi.

Katy is a 2026 graduate of Woodlan Jr/Sr High School. She will be attending Indiana Wesleyan University in the fall to study Illustration and will run for the Wildcats' XC and T&F teams.
She started running in sixth grade as a sprinter before joining cross country. Katy qualified for the IHSAA State Championships in cross country and indoor track and field. She's gone parasailing and hopes to upgrade that to skydiving soon.

Cohen is a senior at Carroll High School where he runs for the Chargers XC and T&F teams. He started running in 2nd grade because he wanted to be like his dad who, coincidentally, was the original General Manager at 3RRC.
He qualified for New Balance Nationals as a freshman and, like Jerry, won a turkey trot last Thanksgiving. Cohen hates sauces but loves to play disc golf and pickleball.
