We launched the 3RRC Personal Coaching program in the fall of 2009. It was designed for anyone seeking knowledgeable guidance in the area of endurance training. Since then, our coaching services have expanded to include basic running and walking, Couch to 5k (or C25K), marathon training, ultra run training, speed workouts, and more. Our goal is to provide proven advice for individuals of any running level, fitness need, or distance dreams.

Personal Coaching Services
Meet the Coach
Coach Mike Else is a Certified Running Coach with Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) and also a Certified Personal Trainer with American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM). He started his running career in 2003 when he trained and ran the Chicago marathon. Since that first race in 2003, he has competed in all distances from 5K to 100 mile ultra marathons. He has qualified for Boston multiple times with a marathon PR of 3:16 and he will be competing in the Boston marathon and the Western States 100 in 2016. He also serves as running coach for local running groups like Fort Wayne’s Smallest Winner and the Fort4Fitness “Get Fit” running group.
Mike manages many of the running programs 3RRC offers. He offers training packages from one-time coaching consultations, monthly support plans, online coaching, and all-inclusive plans.
