    Join our open community track meet at New Haven High School. Athletes of all ages and abilities are welcome! Kids under the age of 6 are encouraged to run the 60m seedling dash. Please note that we follow a rolling schedule and there is no break between races. Keep that in mind when signing up for events, particularly with youth athletes. Pole vaulters are responsible for bringing their own poles.

    Registration:   Registration will be available on Direct Athletics.

    4 x 400 relay entries can be done on Direct Athletics or emailed to Lynn@3riversrunning.com

     

    Entry Fee: $20 per athlete, free for spectators

     

    Schedule:  The first race and all field events begin at 5 pm. We will follow a rolling schedule.

     

    Order of Events: 

    • Pole Vault - Women first, men to follow

    • Long Jump - Men first, women to follow

    • High Jump - Women first, men to follow

    • Shot Put - Men first, women to follow

    • Discus Throw - Women first, men to follow

    • 100/110m Hurdles

    • 60m seedling dash (age 5 and under)

    • Mile run

    • 100m dash

    • 400m dash

    • 800m run

    • 200m dash

    • 3,000m run

    • 4 x 400m relay

     

     

    FAQ:

    • Our meet will have FAT timing and is USATF sanctioned.

    • We run the full Mile rather than the 1600.

    • We will have pacers available for distance races by request. Please reach out to the meet director to request pacers.

    • Event champions will receive a prize from On Running.

    • Races are seeded by time rather than age. We do take age into account as a secondary factor.
